You need to be TRUSTED
Dear Leader,
I trust this meets you in pursuit of wisdom.
The path to your career and leadership growth will require that you give up trying to impress people just to maintain your job or your position, instead convert that effort to start developing TRUST to increase your impact and improve your relationships.
And it all begins with INTEGRITY. If you have integrity, you will develop trust. The more trust you develop the stronger your relationships and impact becomes. The better your relationships, the greater the impact and possibilities to lead more.

I tell you, It is a process. It is a path, which means it takes time, energy and intentionality.
Trust is required if people will feel safe enough to create magic with you at work or share anything with you, or even attempt any task with you.
TRUST; Leadership is weak without it, teamwork is impossible without it.
